Job Summary:

Academy trainers work primarily with U9 & U10 Academy players. The training focus is to develop the individual player's technical ability in preparation for competitive soccer at U11. The trainers follow the curriculum provided by the programs Director of Coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Sessions are 75 minutes in length and run from 4.30 – 5.45 and 5.45 – 7.00pm.

• We prefer our trainers to work both sessions a night, sessions are available Monday through Friday.

• Trainers are expected to be punctual, wear Colorado United provided staff gear and represent the club in a professional manner at all times.

• Regular communication with the Director of Coaching and end of season reporting is required.

Qualifications:

• Soccer playing experience needed, preferably at the collegiate level.

• Previous coaching experience taken into consideration.

• Preferably a licensed coach through USSF or NSCAA.

• Passionate about soccer and helping to develop young soccer players.

• Pay is approximately $40 & up commensurate with experience.
